Adults and children over 1 year of age: take 1TBSP of elderberry syrup every day as maintenance, if feeling under the weather, take 1TBSP every 2-3 hours at the onset of an illness.
Adults: take 1 capsule by mouth every day as maintenance, if feeling under the weather, take up to 3 capsules per day at the onset of an illness.
~Elderberry capsules contain all of the same ingredients as elderberry syrup in their pure natural form EXCEPT honey. This is a sugar free option.
Add approximately 1 tsp of loose leaf tea into a tea steeper and steep for 2-3 minutes in a mug of hot water. Steeping to long will make the tea bitter. Add honey or other sweetener and enjoy. Pour over ice if you prefer iced tea.

Children: take 2-3 elderberry gummies every day
